Make the work you delivered easier to account for.
Prepare client invoices, review line items and keep the amount, due date and recorded status in one workspace. Start with an accurate document and a clear record of the work.
For Freelancers, trades and small to mid-sized businesses.

Your work deserves a clear next step.
A completed project carries hours of thought and effort. Bring the description, quantity, price and client details into a draft invoice that you can review before taking the next step.
Turn a job into clear line items
An invoice should explain what was supplied, the quantity, price and payment terms. TaxBot’s invoice workspace helps you collect those details rather than reconstructing them from messages later. Separate labour, materials or project milestones when that makes the agreement easier to understand. Confirm your business details and the customer’s information before creating the document.
Check amounts before sharing
Review discounts, applicable tax settings, due dates and the final total. Currency and tax labels should match the transaction and country. The example below demonstrates a single line item so you can see how quantity changes the subtotal; it does not automatically determine whether tax must be charged. Exporting a document and delivering it to a customer are distinct steps.
Keep status connected to evidence
Use invoice records to track what you have prepared and how payments are recorded. Reconcile received amounts with your bank records before treating an invoice as paid. Creating a draft does not send an email, collect payment or prove an overdue reminder ran. For larger teams, agree who checks client details and payment status so different people do not update the same job inconsistently.

Questions
Does creating an invoice send it?
No. Treat document creation, delivery and payment collection as separate steps. Confirm the available sharing method in your workspace.
Can I use different tax settings?
Review the invoice and business settings for your country. The public example does not choose a tax rate for you.
