What civil engineers can claim in Germany

The Homeoffice-Tagespauschale is EUR 6 per day worked predominantly from home, capped at EUR 1,260 a year, and the Entfernungspauschale has been a flat EUR 0.38 per kilometre from the first kilometre since 1 January 2026. You can only claim the work-related portion, you must have spent the money yourself without reimbursement, and you need a record to prove it.
